Today, cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide and is expected to rise in the coming years. The word cancer is always associated with suffering and an equivalent to the word death. Once diagnosed it is no less than a nightmare for the patient and his family. No stones are left unturned to treat this condition and avoid death. What is the Cause of Cancer?

It is very difficult to establish a precise cause-effect relationship in most cases. Different types of cancer can be caused by various factors. Most of the cancers are related to genetic influences, environmental issues (exposure to viruses, bacteria, pollution, etc.), lifestyle disorders (obesity, lack of exercise, improper or faulty dietary habits) and substance abuse (tobacco chewing, smoking, excessive consumption of alcohol).

Stress due to various causes like unresolved issues continued grief, emotional disturbances in relation to the above causes is one of the major factors responsible for an increase in the number of cancer cases seen today worldwide.
